Harmful content may include bullying, hate speech, child abuse, and other violations of our community guidelines. As a Quality Assurance specialist, you will review and audit contents moderated by our team, handle appeals, provide feedback, and support policy questions.

In this role, you will conduct quality auditing and data analysis to provide accurate and continuous quality feedback to stakeholders. You will monitor platform content, ensuring consistent quality measurements throughout operations.

You will work closely with Local Operations and Safety teams, serving as an escalation point for policy-related questions, issues, and solutions. Additionally, you will conduct coaching and calibration sessions with Content Moderation teams to ensure operational policies and processes are applied consistently.

We value candidates with experience in TnQ related areas, Quality Assurance roles, or similar positions. You should be comfortable working full-time in Mexico City and have advanced English skills. Excel knowledge and ability to interpret data using analysis and logic are also essential.
