Comforcehealth is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the post-sales transition of products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clients' integration to our platforms, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the delivery of implementation services to customers by interpreting requirements, identifying and communicating project scope, and ensuring project milestones and objectives are met.
- Coordinate internal resources in Customer Success, Sales, Development, Product Management, Audit, Asset Management, Provisioning Management, Procurement, Help Desk, Finance, and Legal.
- Coordinate project schedules, drive task completion, and provide outstanding customer and team communication, working between technical and non-technical functions.
- Keep management informed of key issues and risks that may impact expected business results.
- Provide and maintain metrics and reporting to all project stakeholders and management.
- Drive completion of deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction, escalating appropriately both internally and externally to drive resolution to issues.
- Assist with the development of our processes, documentation, and tool set used in the implementation of our Services.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager, managing end-to-end project processes and resources.
- Strong negotiation skills with a capacity to influence client requirements and adopt a one-step-ahead approach.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, along with a methodical and thorough work approach.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project or Smartsheet).
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Visio) required.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.
- Good to have skills: PMP or equivalent project management certification, knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, familiarity with global cross-functional teams and managing projects across different time zones.
