Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Lead a team of 10+ people to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and technologies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform product decisions
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail (department stores, clothing stores, etc.)
- General sales experience in desirable consumer products
- Experience leading a team of 15+ people
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
