About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RTW Renal Treatment Centers - West, Inc. as a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care to individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
