As an Industrialization Engineer at Aptiv, you will be responsible for all matters related to the global organization and ASUX plant support for the industrialization of global products.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the industrialization of global products from the award phase up to series production
  • Ensuring proper requirements management
  • Developing the production line concept with optimized material flow, estimated cycle times, and traceability concepts
  • Attending regular project meetings
  • Creating and maintaining the Manufacturing Engineering project schedule
  • Preparing, organizing, and attending milestone build dates
  • Driving and tracking P-FMEA, respecting Functional Safety aspects
  • Planning, defining, procuring, and tracking needed process technology and equipment for production
  • Participating in escalation meetings on the program management level and with customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of work experience in the Automotive Industry, preferably in manufacturing engineering
  • Bilingual proficiency in English speaking/reading/writing
  • The ability to work and live in a global network environment
  • Outstanding knowledge of lean concepts
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving capability

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
