As a Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Stockroom function, ensuring the accurate and safe movement of materials to manufacturing areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be key to meeting production schedules and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate material movements to manufacturing areas, ensuring timely delivery and accurate system transactions.
  • Physically execute material movements, utilizing RF scanners when necessary, and operate material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain bin management and First In First Out (FIFO) inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Return unused materials to stockroom from manufacturing areas, utilizing RF scanners, and properly dispose of scrap components.
  • Perform warehouse cycle-counts, verify material movements and paperwork, and ensure correct physical and system movement of materials.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
