**Job Summary**

We are searching for a talented Supply Chain Management Lead to oversee our social compliance auditing activities in Central Mexico. As a seasoned professional, you will possess a deep understanding of international labor standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, and environmental issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits and providing recommendations to improve supply chain management practices. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth while upholding high ethical standards.

**Responsibilities**

  • Audit & Improvement Services Delivery
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives
  • Conduct Audits and Provide Recommendations to Improve Supply Chain Management Practices

**Qualifications**

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred. They must possess at least 5 years of experience in social compliance auditing, preferably with managerial experience. APSCA certification (CSCA or RA) is essential, and SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, or equivalent is beneficial.
