Our company, The Texas Theory Group, is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for assessing, observing, and speaking to patients, as well as recording their medical history and current health. Your duties will also include preparing patients for exams and treatment, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Additionally, you will create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with our medical team. We require a Registered Nurse License and the ability to pass the N-CLEX exam. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $591.00. This position involves relocation to the US, and we will cover the cost of relocation as well as Visa processing. We welcome applications from experienced nurses who are willing to make a commitment to work in the US for a minimum of two years. Below are the key responsibilities of this role:• Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
• Recording patient medical history and current health
• Preparing patients for exams and treatment
• Administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team
• Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging wounds
• Assisting in medical procedures as needed
• Operating and monitoring medical equipment
• Drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work
• Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, and answering their questions
• Supervising licensed practical and vocational nurses, nursing assistants, and nursing students
