Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leaders, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating meetings and events. You will also be involved in ad-hoc project management and will have the opportunity to work with various teams across the organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of three years' experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably in a corporate environment. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential, as well as fluency in English.

What We Offer
