About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced game design leader to join our cross-platform game team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of new gameplay experiences that push the boundaries of PC and mobile gaming.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design of game systems, monetization features, metagame progression, and game content to ensure a seamless and engaging player experience.
- Collaborate closely with production, art, and programming teams to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Use playtesting and metrics to inform design decisions and refine the team's work.
- Manage the performance and training of team members to help them excel in their roles.
- Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects to drive innovation and growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a seasoned game designer with a passion for mobile, PC, and console games. The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of experience as a game designer or equivalent background.Professional experience as a team lead with excellent management skills.Expert knowledge of game design, live operations, and games as a service.Advanced understanding of game metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills.Ability to quickly adapt and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment.The Benefits:
