About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Analyst to join our team as a Specialist Purchasing CVS. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing costs associated with main bought-in products.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert advice on cost analysis and optimization to stakeholders across the organization.
  2. Work closely with Program Purchasing and Commodity Leads to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate cost models to inform business decisions.
  4. Train and support Buyers worldwide on the effective use of cost estimation tools.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost reductions.
  6. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  2. Proven experience in cost analysis and optimization, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software tools.
