We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our Business Process Management (BPM) and Master Data Management (MDM) Team, as part of the Global Supply Chain organization.
This role will focus on enforcing various data rules for data attributes and ensuring a high level of data quality, integrity, availability, completeness, consistency, privacy, and compliance to those rules by the data owners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Teams to implement data standards and best practices.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality and compliance.
- Provide coaching and training to Operating Units on data governance and MDM best practices.
- Support the implementation of global data standards and KPI framework.
- Facilitate governance over subsets of data to ensure quality across business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Supply Chain.
- 5+ years of relevant MDM experience in a global supply chain organization.
- Strong exposure to ERPs (Oracle EBS or SAP ECC) in the Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Data Governance and Master Data Management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
