Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and coordinate the sales process to onboard new customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients, including coordinating internal areas to meet day-to-day or new requirements.
  • Product Introduction: Introduce new products and services to existing clients to enhance profitability and present new products to prospects and clients once rolled out.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop, plan, and execute strategic account plans, including coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews.
  • Industry Best Practices: Identify and articulate best practices within the industry, demonstrating analytical ability, critical reasoning, and strategic thinking to generate loyalty with customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant business experience.
  • Education: Post-Secondary Education preferred (BA/BS).
  • Language: Proficient in English language (both written and oral).
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the vehicle management or a related financial/asset-based industry is preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of time dependent on client portfolio and location.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written), influencing and relationship building skills, world-class negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success.
  • Compensation: Gross salary: $100,000 - $120,000 monthly salary, benefits, company car, and benefits.
