Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing new equipment, evaluating its functionality, and developing procedures to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and evaluate new equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance processes
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports and metrics follow-up
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve equipment repair issues
  • Manage tactical day-to-day and long-term strategies aligned with business KPIs
  • Lead maintenance engineers to ensure high equipment availability
  • Follow up on downtime and implement action plans to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in personnel management
  • 6 years of experience in maintenance areas
  • Experience in automation and control, dark factory, and automatic vision systems (AI and Machine learning)
  • Effective collaboration and leadership skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and emotionally intelligent
  • English language proficiency (80% written and spoken)
  • Valid US visa to travel
  • Ability to handle maintenance documentation
  • Adaptability to change and leadership skills

  • Management of computer equipment and systems
  • Knowledge of automation
  • Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and electromechanical elements
