- Customize Offers and Cross-Sell Products: Perform necessary processes and procedures to effectively tailor offers and promote a wide range of products and services to existing customers.
- Analyze Client Interests and Needs: Identify new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services.
- Process Service Requests: Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and minimize rejections in customer certifications.
- Develop and Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs and develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed decided sales targets set by management.
- Comply with Regulations: Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment.
- 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience: Previous experience in financial sales is preferred.
- Proficient Computer and Technology Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Working Knowledge of Financial Regulations: Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated Influencing and Relationship Management Skills: Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
