Job Responsibilities:- Schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery, including corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance.
- Analyze equipment problems and provide solutions to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
- Support production lines by performing corrective maintenance tasks in response to dispatch priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of equipment setup, modifications, and changes.
- Electromechanical Technician degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 MXN per year, depending on experience.
