Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, automating, and managing system provisioning and maintenance workflows utilizing contemporary cloud technologies.
  • Architecting and implementing technical solutions on various Cloud platforms.
  • Strategizing, designing, and creating cloud-based architectures.
  • Identifying requirements for new projects to construct scalable, distributed, and high-performance cloud computing solutions on platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Collaborating closely with solution architects to align on project goals.
  • Overseeing cloud environments in compliance with NTT DATA's security protocols.
  • Deploying and troubleshooting cloud projects as necessary, adhering to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Executing system administration duties, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support, while innovating to enhance automation.
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications and servers within public cloud environments.
  • Conducting installation, patching, and upgrades of operating systems and software applications.
  • Providing education and training to teams on the implementation of new cloud initiatives.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues reported by monitoring systems and submitted through the ticketing system, ensuring thorough documentation of issues, actions taken, and resolutions.
  • Performing additional tasks as defined and approved by leadership.
