About the Role
The Asset Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of information in our asset repositories. Key responsibilities include reviewing and resolving asset discrepancies, correlating contract information with asset records, and verifying the accuracy of asset information from other processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and resolve all asset discrepancies or variances
- Correlate contract information with asset repository records
- Verify the accuracy of asset information from other processes
- Update asset records based on incidents/tasks/requirements received
- Attach documentation and/or artifacts required at each stage of the process to the asset record
- Identify areas for process improvement and communicate them to the Asset Manager
- Support asset retirement and recording of activity results
- Manage insurance procedures
- Manage theft/loss reports
- Safeguard the documentation associated with the assets at any stage of the process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience with license management, inventory management, allocation of available assets, retirement of obsolete assets, and suggesting requests for additional assets
