Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Monitoring
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to sales activities and sales team performance.
  • Use tools and metrics to evaluate sales force performance, identify trends, and areas for improvement.
• Process Development and Improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop and improve processes and procedures related to sales activities.
  • Establish standards and best practices to optimize sales force efficiency and effectiveness.
• Training and Development
  • Provide training and support to sales teams in the effective use of sales tools and technologies.
• Change Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, systems, and practices.
  • Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement projects to optimize sales force efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to align business strategies and processes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales teams and other departments to ensure effective delivery of products and services to customers.

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Experience
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 3 years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry (preferable).
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
