Production Coordinator

**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at Carrier. As a Production Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Develop and implement production plans that meet customer demands and production capacities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and minimize delays

• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Communicate production plans and updates to stakeholders, including buyers and production teams

• Ensure compliance with production plans and notify management of any deviations

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Oracle management software
