Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Quality Assurance Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring compliance with industry, customer, ISO standards, statutory, and regulatory requirements. You will update and maintain the site's Quality Management System and the Management Review process, including coordinating and leading meetings between all stakeholders to resolve concerns and reach agreements.

You will act as the customer liaison for all customer visits and audits to the site, reviewing and assessing customer satisfaction derived from these interactions. Your role will involve developing strategic plans to support functional departments and continuously improving knowledge, skills, and learning.

You will strategically develop product, process, 6S, ESD audit plans to monitor the effectiveness of the Spellman Quality Management system. You will lead the CAPA verification process and oversee global/industry requirements, proactively communicating deviations or risks to top management.

You will review, establish, and assess department key process indicators, providing actions when they are not achieved. Additionally, you will submit and execute site-level continual improvement projects, such as product, process, controls, procedures, software, systems, tools, trainings, social, psychological, environmental, etc.

Competences / Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in Quality position.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Skill to effectively manage and resolve conflicts that may arise in the quality management process.
  • Knowledge and interpretation of IPC standards.
  • Certification as a lead auditor on ISO 9001.
  • Certification as a lead auditor on ISO13485 and ISO19011 is desired.
  • Working experience on Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing or equivalent.
  • Working experience on problem-solving processes.
  • Experience leading teams in multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of functions in electronic systems (MRP).
  • Interpretation of blueprints and bills of materials.
  • Metrology knowledge.
  • Knowledge of ESD guidelines.
  • Knowledge of assembly processes for electronic products using mixed technologies, SMT, T-Hole, manual soldering, mechanical assemblies, etc.
  • Good knowledge of computer packages.
  • Knowledge of metal mechanic processes.
  • Quality core tools.
  • English proficiency technical and business.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Environmental & Quality Management Systems in their current versions (e.g. ISO 14001, 9001).
