Job Overview

The Go-to-Market Finance & Strategy team plays a crucial role in informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses and thought partnership. A Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering high-precision forecasting and actionable insights, building complex financial models, and becoming a well-rounded finance professional. Our analysts are the foundation of the team's success, and your impact will be felt immediately as you develop finance and business acumen.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide decision support and act as a thought partner to GTM leadership by offering accurate financial and non-financial information and analyses for their business decisions.
  • Perform ongoing and ad-hoc analyses, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive value engineering opportunities and business results.
  • Develop and improve robust financial models to accurately forecast and plan key financial and operational metrics.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on existing and new key financial and operational metrics against strategic goals, maintaining historical and forecasted critical metric reporting with a focus on emerging trends, opportunities, risks, and key drivers.
  • Establish processes and drive improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems, enhance forecast accuracy, create tools, and improve operating processes.
  • Support the hand-off of processes to our Finance center of excellence.
  • Own standardized financial monthly/quarterly budgeting and internal/external reporting processes through focused execution of deliverables, applying good understanding of accounting to produce accurate forecasts and working closely with the Controller's group to ensure accuracy and completeness during period-end close.
Key Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in technology, banking, private equity, corporate finance, economics, or consulting in a fast-paced industry.
  • Advanced skills in building scalable financial models (Excel or Google suite) with the ability to understand and translate how inputs/outputs resolve business outcomes.
  • Experience with financial planning systems (Adaptive is a plus).
  • Strong work ethic, analytical proficiency, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to achieving quality results. Ability to understand strategic impact on the wider business and operate at a detailed tactical level.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to establish collaborative relationships and influence senior leadership.
  • Strong EQ, experience partnering across matrixed organizations, and an appreciation for building deep business partnerships.
  • Highly-motivated self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change, working with tight deadlines, and leading multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal direct supervision.
  • Positive attitude with an analytical approach and desire to learn new things quickly.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled financial analyst to join our team and contribute to driving business growth. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our GTM leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
