We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriting Analyst to join our Support and Underwriting team. As an Underwriting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in underwriting consumers who have applied for solar financing.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete underwriting tasks within expected service levels at pre-determined quality levels
- Perform analyses on solar asset production estimates and utility bill information to ensure that solar assets will perform as expected
- Evaluate recorded phone calls for determining understanding of terms and potential fraud detection
- Review documents for consistency and accuracy of information
- Data entry and documentation management
- Interact with external business partners to obtain sufficient and correct paperwork
- Routine reporting tasks and report delivery
- Organize paperwork and submit documentation to contribute to fund reporting
- Contribute to additional special projects within Financial Operations as needed
- Bilingual
- Ability to identify limiting factor points in the process and make suggestions for improvements
- Strong analytic and math skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and cognitive ability
- Comfortable working hard in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success as an individual contributor and as a team member
- Excel in a high-volume, high-quality environment
- Sound judgment and business acumen
- 1 year of customer service experience, desired but not required
- Solar industry experience preferred, but not required
- Start-up experience strongly preferred
$18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
