A talented Quality Engineer is needed to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in chemical processes. Your expertise will enable you to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily equipment verification and minor maintenance as assigned.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and deploy quality criteria and documentation in the area.
- Oversee quality metrics for the area, including internal auditing of Lab Quality System processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant ISO 9001 Quality System Work Instructions and Procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a lab environment, preferably with a chemical company.
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies, including 8D's, 5 why's, Ishikawa, and DOE's.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or lean training preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 MXN per year, depending on experience.
