Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Supply Chain
- Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet TE quality and production standards
- Support the optimization of designs and piece parts for manufacturability
- Estimate tooling and process costs
- Coordinate design review processes from concept to final release
- Mechanical, Plastics, or Manufacturing Engineering degree
- +5 years of experience with EPDM, LSR, or thermoset molding
- Experience with mold design, development, and manufacturing deployment
- Competency with CAD and other 3-D modeling and metrology software (Pro/E or Creo)
- Must be experienced in Scientific Injection Molding (Master Molder certified)
- Must be proficient in the English language
- Average salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
