About the Role
The North and Latin America Service Parts Logistics Cost and Operations Analyst role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and guiding deployments of the NA & LA ISG Service Parts logistics network. This network requires same day delivery around the world, with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as low as 2 hours from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with logistics service providers to drive optimization and increase efficiency
- Manage Logistics and warehousing vendor performance
- Collaborate across broad teams to fully understand business requirements and influence and lead logistics solution design
- Understand logistics and warehousing costs structures in region
- Create and analyze monthly logistics cost reports
- Work with world-wide team members to align on spend targets and performance against them
- Collaborate with counterparts in Europe and Asia to assess and align on best practices
- Guide optimization of warehouse and logistics management processes with junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Outstanding analytical and data capabilities
- 5+ years working experience in logistics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment
- Detail orientated
