The Opportunity

At SalesLoft, our Customer Support Agents play a pivotal role in driving our company's success. As a key member of our high-performing customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and screen shares
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SalesLoft's products and services
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
