The Project Quality Manager Specialist is responsible for developing and executing standardization of manufacturing quality enablers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of quality issues, utilizing advanced problem-solving tools to identify and implement cost-effective corrective actions.
- Quality Data Analysis: Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators, managing engineering changes while working with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution.
- Product Evaluation: Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process change before full implementation.
- Quality Metrics: Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics, providing creative thinking to the analysis of data and the identification of new opportunities.
- Project Management: Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
- Partnerships: Establish partnerships both internally and externally, influencing without direct authority.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering results, championing achievements, and exhibiting a willingness to do things differently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Biomedical/Biomechanical/Bioengineering, Chemical, Civil, or Materials from an ABET accredited university.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Self-directed, team-oriented with demonstrated planning/problem-solving skills.
- Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software required.
