Purpose Statement:

To guarantee the excellence and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  1. Develops and executes manufacturing solutions; provides high-quality services that are cost-effective and meet customer requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and mentoring others on the team.
  2. Guides the use of appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
  3. Serves as a technical and/or project team lead with discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes and Product Requirements & Specifications.
  4. Demonstrates the ability to lead others, executing responsibilities in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes, and providing support to direct production line operators.
  5. Expertise in understanding of equipment/process control/safety/risk awareness/setup awareness/operation of.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of an Associate's degree or the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics/Manufacturing/Engineering or Science.
  2. Minimum three (3) years of related experience is required.
  3. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
