About the Role

At Human Quality, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machining Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our machining department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production plans, assign tasks to operators, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of products.
  2. Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  3. Cost Management: Monitor and control costs related to production, including labor, materials, and equipment.
