Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that all shipments are processed efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, processing orders, and conducting regular inventory audits.
• Oversee the receiving and processing of shipments, ensuring that all items are properly inspected and stored.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory or shipping.
• Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management and reduce costs.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are following proper procedures and protocols.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
