As a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor II, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of incoming materials, as well as the preparation and shipment of outgoing goods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and inventory management.
• Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
**Requirements:**
• Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles and practices.
