About the Role:

The Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Specialist is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement robust Security & Risk Management frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Supports the review of evidence for compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, SOX, SSAE18, etc.) and industry-recognized best practices.
- Coordinates remediation efforts for non-compliant areas of the organization.
- Develops and implements IT security awareness programs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversees various projects related to compliance and security initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

">

Leverages expertise to support the Global Governance, Risk Management & Compliance department in analyzing and implementing Security & Risk Management frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Executes regular or scheduled compliance tasks as assigned, summarizing and reporting findings, ensuring that audit issues and associated root causes are understood, well-defined, and presented to GRC leadership.
- Assists in developing formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and makes recommendations as appropriate.
- Collaborates with GRC Leadership, Information Technology, and Epicor business units to document and implement Security & Risk Management frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinates remediation for non-compliant areas of the organization.
- Provides support for other department initiatives and deliverables as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

">

A minimum of 2 years of experience in information technology, with at least 1 year in a relevant information security and/or risk management field.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Working knowledge and/or hands-on experience with IT frameworks such as SOC, SOX, PCI, and NIST.
- High-level understanding of IT environments such as Active Directory, SQL, Cloud Services.
- Strong skills in data analysis, mining, and normalization.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $42,000 per month, along with comprehensive benefits including education assistance, free parking, flexible work arrangements, referral bonuses, medical insurance, life insurance, and meal vouchers.

This role requires relocation to Monterrey, NL, Mexico, with easy access to public transportation or the option to commute from home (required).
