Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our laundry operations.

Job Summary

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring washing, drying, and cleaning equipment, as well as inspecting and folding cleaned articles. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor washing, drying, and cleaning equipment to ensure efficient and effective laundry operations.
  • Inspect and fold cleaned articles to ensure they meet high standards of quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of items laundered and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing exceptional customer service and supporting colleagues in achieving common goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in laundry operations preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move through narrow spaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
