We are seeking a skilled Laundry Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our laundry operations.
Job SummaryThis role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring washing, drying, and cleaning equipment, as well as inspecting and folding cleaned articles. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor washing, drying, and cleaning equipment to ensure efficient and effective laundry operations.
- Inspect and fold cleaned articles to ensure they meet high standards of quality.
- Maintain accurate records of items laundered and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing exceptional customer service and supporting colleagues in achieving common goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in laundry operations preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move through narrow spaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
