  • Provide data-driven recommendations and strategies to senior management to enhance business performance.
  • Develop and implement tools and frameworks to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Train and support team members and stakeholders in using Business Intelligence tools and interpreting data insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in relevant tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Certification in machine learning or data analysis, such as Coursera, edX, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing Business Intelligence solutions and analytical frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in predictive modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis.
  • Prior experience working in a corporate or business environment, understanding of business processes and decision-making.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
