Store Manager Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team in Mexico. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of store associates and management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
  • Manage visual merchandising and store presentation to meet brand standards
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, processing, and replenishment
  • Monitor and control store expenses to meet budget targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze business trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
