Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications.
  • Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
  • Leadership and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SMT planning and experience with Fuji and AIMEX machines.
  • English language proficiency (40% reading and spoken).
  • Oracle experience.
