Key Responsibilities

  • Review technical documents, including structural and architectural drawings, to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Identify areas that are unclear or undefined and issue requests for information to customer excellence representatives
  • Coordinate with drafting team members on potential project changes from addendums and revised contract drawings
  • Interface with internal and external project stakeholders as needed
  • Ensure projects run smoothly from the early onset by helping with document control between estimating, customer service, engineering, and drafting departments

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings (previous experience in pre-engineered metal building and/or architectural design a plus)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring project success from start to finish
  • Good communication and mathematical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and foresee and address potential problems with minimal supervision
  • Competency in AutoCAD required (Revit or Tekla experience a plus)
  • High level of interpersonal and relationship skills
  • High degree of accuracy and meticulousness about details
  • A pro-active personality with high energy and self-motivation
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday.

Requirements and Experience

  • Project coordinator drafter experience: 5 years (required)
  • PMP experience: 5 years (required)

Language

English is required.

Work Location

This is a remote work position.
