Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Systems Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing leadership and working cross-functionally with key business teams globally to ensure compliance with global quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the implementation and ongoing development of an effective QMS
  • Proactively review, analyze, and implement opportunities for continual improvement of the QMS to meet business needs
  • Establish and maintain metrics and feedback mechanisms to lead continued efficiency of the systems
  • Lead a collaborative effort among members of a project team
  • Coaches team members on performance and provides inputs for performance evaluations and development
  • Be the main contact for external quality and regulatory agencies
  • Define the strategy for audit readiness, coordinates and leads CAPA process, and assists as needed with corporate quality systems initiatives
  • Liaise with IT regarding computer system approvals and individual rights and access
  • Responsible for the Quality Management System, including defining and training internal auditors, handling logistics quality systems through a third party

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineer, Administration, or related field required and Internal Quality Auditor Certification
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in Quality Systems Management
  • Advanced level of English

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
