Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced RV Sales Specialist to join our team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reselling vans and motorhomes from our fleet to potential buyers.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies to meet sales targets, prospecting new leads, and qualifying and driving inbound leads through the commercial funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet sales targets for both B2C and B2B channels.
- Prospect new potential leads (B2B) in your region.
- Qualify and drive inbound leads through the commercial funnel to generate sales.
- Coordinate with local and regional operations teams to guarantee the preparation of vehicles for sale.
- Schedule Customer Demos (CDs) and Vehicle Handovers (VHs) in coordination with local operations staff.
- Act as the main point-of-contact for potential buyers and actual customers on all RV Sales related topics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in customer support, sales, preferably in auto sales or RV sales.
- Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of German is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of RV products and sales capabilities/processes is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in handling administrative requirements related to the sale of leased vehicles/RVs (document handling, lease termination, etc.) is nice to have.
- Humble and proactive attitude with a 'builder' mindset.
- Knowledge of consumer financing (nice to have).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Our estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
