Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure they are in good condition and match the invoice and purchase order documents.
  • Store goods in their designated locations, following warehouse management and golden rules.
  • Participate in periodic inventory activities to ensure that the system and physical materials are aligned.
  • Ensure that the correct materials are delivered to the right site on time.
  • Participate in the kitting process and ensure that all corresponding documents are properly stored.
  • Support all warehouse activities and provide direct support to ensure inventory reliability through cycle counting.
  • Support the expedition of materials and the preparation of materials for installation supplies.
Requirements
  • Technical career or similar certification.
  • Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Desirable: valuable experience in companies of the same sector or related.
Competencies & Skills
  • Mandatory: Collaboration/Teamwork, Communication with Transparency.
  • Desirable: EHS knowledge.
