**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at International Automotive Components. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and driving continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes in our industrial plant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on our manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment, and implement subsequent changes.
  • Coordinate the incorporation of component level changes and evaluate the performance of equipment and manufacturing processes in the launching stages.
  • Identify and provide the needs of tools and/or fixtures for assigned areas or processes.
  • Develop documentation, including AMEF, flow diagrams, and PFMEA, and reduce RPNs and register in the SIA document control system.
  • Implement poka yoke systems in production processes and identify areas of opportunity for process and product improvement.
  • Design and implement new manufacturing processes and design and value new machinery and equipment in accordance with IAC standards.
  • Participate in Quality Circles to follow up on manufacturing actions.

**Requirements:**

3 years of experience in Automotive Industries as a Manufacturing Engineer.
