**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our Electrification, Smart Power division in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will provide HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers, and employees.

**Responsibilities**

  • Implement HR priorities in line with business targets and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization.
  • Lead discussions and own the relationship with local collective agreement, ensuring compliance with Mexican Labor Law.
  • Primary person responsible for Payroll, partner with supervisors and workers to understand current issues.
  • Respond to employees' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding as well as temporal contracts management and terminations of unionized employees.
  • Monitor unionized workers turnover and absenteeism data, put measures in place to support achievement of optimal levels of attrition and/or attendance.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 additional years of experience as a human resources generalist.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Labor & Industrial Relations or similar.
  • Strong experience with Union & Labor Relations, customer service mind-set, and proactive way of working.
  • Communications skills in English language, both written and verbal (Bilingual English-Spanish).
