Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at oilandgas. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Quality Management: Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify and Address Risks: Continuously identify and address risks and opportunities related to quality management in the organization.
  • Analyze Quality Data: Use quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Facilitate Resolution of Customer Cases: Facilitate the resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Hard Presses and Turret Punch Presses: Ability to demonstrate experience with hard presses and turret punch presses.
  • Quality Management Experience: 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of 8D Methodology and PDCA Process: Possess an enhanced knowledge of 8D methodology and PDCA process.
  • Measurement Equipment and GD&T: Experience in measurement equipment and GD&T.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate in advanced English.
  • Management Experience: Management of 9 quality auditors.
  • ISO Knowledge: Knowledge in ISO is a plus.
