Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that raw materials and manufactured products are available when needed.
- Coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure that inventory levels are up to date and accurate.
- Develop and implement process improvement practices and protocols to achieve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employee performance and foster growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Advance proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a diverse population.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to set goals, motivate, and manage conflict.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate internally and externally.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience working in a medical device environment a plus.
- APICS, OpEx, Lean Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
