About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Climate Product Management team as a Climate Product Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and launching new climate products, as well as supporting and improving existing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product managers to ensure the overall achievement of product objectives and work within the product management team to support key projects.
- Support new product development and product enhancements by creating clear and detailed product specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals, user requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Assist in project coordination and coordinate across functional teams, particularly with engineering, data operations, and research teams to drive the successful implementation of projects.
- Support the client-facing organization by responding to questions from MSCI client coverage related to existing product features, functionality, pricing, and licensing.
- Develop user guides and documentation, assist with RFPs, assist with client communications, and help organize periodic training sessions for coverage.
Requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to create clear and detailed product specifications.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across functional teams and drive the successful implementation of projects.
