**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional business operations. As a Senior Regional Business Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. You will also oversee the management of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability

* Oversee the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and development

* Build and maintain relationships with clients and counterparties

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

**What We Offer**

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. **Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* At least 15 years of experience in a manager role, preferably in a financial services industry

* Strong educational background, preferably in a relevant field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
