We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ecommerce Payments Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, vendor relations, ecommerce integrations, and a strong understanding of online payment technologies, processes, and requirements.

As our online business continues to expand, ensuring the smooth onboarding of payment methods and managing associated tasks is critical to our long-term performance and success. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the integration of new payment methods, collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, track milestones, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the integration of new payment methods">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans and manage risks">
  • Work with vendors to determine integration requirements for new payment methods">
  • Ensure that technical teams and external partners are aligned to deliver seamless onboarding">
  • Manage relationships with payment providers, third-party platforms, and internal teams">
  • Evaluate payment processing systems and ecommerce platforms to identify potential vulnerabilities">
  • Propose solutions and collaborate on implementing preventative measures">
  • Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to ecommerce payment security and processing">
  • Evaluate payment-related processes on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for operational improvements">
  • Analyze transaction data to derive actionable insights and improve processes">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience">
  • Certifications or training in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus">
  • Proven experience (8 years combined) in project management and ecommerce payment systems, or related fields">
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects">
  • A strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, payment processing systems, and online payment methods">
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Project, etc.) to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously">
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement improvements in payment operations and systems">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders">
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to online payments (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)">
  • Experience interacting with vendors and third-party platforms, with strong relationship-building skills">
  • A problem-solving mindset, capable of handling challenges and leading initiatives with minimal supervision">

What We Offer:
