Job Summary

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, and marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent.
  • Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques, such as search engines, career sites, and recruiting events.
  • Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.
  • Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions.
Requirements
  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent.
