Job Summary
The Sales Team Lead - Performance Driver will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results in the Mexican market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can organize and prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and drive results-oriented teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet annual objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and competitive proposal delivery.
- Actively participate in conferences, lectures, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Evaluate and approve candidates for sales department positions.
- Coordinate engineer trips for client visits and track expenses.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge of pump applications, product portfolio, and markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in English (90% written and spoken).
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
